Hi, my name is Tony, I'm the Owner of The House Detectives Home Inspections. I've been inspecting for over 7 years and I am a "State Certified" Home Inspector. The Company is Licensed, Insured and I am an Independent Home Inspection Service, not a large and impersonal Franchise.

My very Detailed and Thorough Home Inspection can take 2 to 3 hrs or more to complete depending on circumstances such as the size, age and condition of your home. I don't rush through the inspection because that's how thing's are missed. I take the extra time to ensure that every observable and visible component in and around your home is inspected, tested and evaluated. 

NOTE: My Inspections and Reports "ARE NOT" quick "Generic Home Inspections" as many other home inspection companies do.

    I Custom Designed my report to your individual home because no two homes are ever alike. My report is narrative style, "not confusing check boxes and hand written" and is very easy to read and understand. It include's digital photos of any existing problems, potential problems, deficiancies and minor repair issues/cosmetics of the home. My report also includes a Summery Report page that lists any of the critical findings.
