Hi, my name is Tony, I'm the Owner and Inspector of The House Detectives Home Inspections. I am a "State Certified" Home Inspector. My Company is Licensed and Insured. I've been doing inspections since 2002. I am an "Independent Home Inspection Service" not an impersonal Franchise company.

My Detailed and Thorough Home Inspections can take 2 to 3 hrs or more to complete depending on circumstances such as the size, age and condition of your home. I don't rush through inspections because that's how thing's are missed. I take the extra time to ensure that every observable and visible component in and around your home is inspected, tested and evaluated. 

My report is a narrative style, "not checkbox and hand written" as some home inspectors are still using today. My report is very easy to read and understand. It include's digital photos of any existing problems, potential problems and deficiancies and has a Summery Report page that lists any critical findings.

Choosing a Certified Home Inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you and I probably won’t meet until the day of your Home Inspection.
